Hypnotherapy for
Menopause & Cyclical Issues​

Hypnotherapy can be an effective tool for helping women manage the physical symptoms of menopause, such as hot flashes, sleep disturbances, and mood changes. One reason for this is that hypnotherapy substantially reduces stress and rewires the subconscious mind to respond differently to such experiences, which can alleviate many of these physical responses.

Additionally, hypnotherapy can be used to help women identify and address the underlying emotional and psychological factors that may be contributing to their menopause symptoms, such as anxiety or depression.

 

Menopause is a deep shift in any woman's life and the beliefs one has during this period are critical to how easefully that shift takes place. By working through these beliefs in a relaxed and receptive state, women are able to make the transition to and within menopause more seamless, nourishing and empowering.
